The last time I had a mortgage was 40+ years ago. Daniel and his team made this entire experience a walk in the park. I’ve never purchased a home and with a hectic work schedule, no clue what I’d end up buying (I changed my mind a LOT) and having no knowledge of home financing, I was pretty overwhelmed at first. Daniel answered every question with patience and made it entirely easy to understand. I received a fantastic mortgage and rate and I feel confident in my purchase, like I won the game. That’s hard to do in Vancouver! Will work with them again on all future endeavours 100%!

Dan Patching is the first and only mortgage broker I ever plan to work with.
