Dan Patching is the first and only mortgage broker I ever plan to work with. Daniel and his team made this entire experience a walk in the park. I’ve never purchased a home and with a hectic work schedule, no clue what I’d end up buying (I changed my mind a LOT) and having no knowledge of home financing, I was pretty overwhelmed at first.
