Step 1 — Go to: https://digitalreg.td.com/ui/osr/web/en

Step 2 — Choose Mortgage from the drop down menu and enter your personal information. Click “Next”.

Step 3 — Fill out the consent and setup instructions. Click “Next”.

Step 4 — Confirm setup and check your email for the confirmation notice.
